Our Story

Do-Dodge-Inn – Eau Claire’s Classic Tavern Since 1986

Do-Dodge-Inn has been a beloved staple of the Eau Claire community since it first opened its doors in 1986. Founded by my dad with a simple mission—to create a welcoming neighborhood tavern where folks could enjoy great drinks, tasty food, and a fun, down-to-earth atmosphere—Do-Dodge-Inn has grown into a local favorite for residents of Eau Claire, Chippewa Falls, Lake Wissota, and the surrounding areas.

From day one, Do-Dodge-Inn was built on the idea that going out shouldn’t break the bank. That’s why we’ve always offered some of the lowest prices in town, without sacrificing quality or service. Our full-service bar is stocked with all your favorites, whether you’re into beer, cocktails, or just a good whiskey neat. One of Eau Claire's finest dives, they've got a small menu but everything on it is delicious and EXTREMELY reasonably priced. rails are $2.50, and come standard as doubles. One drink is the equivalent of at LEAST 2 or 3 anywhere else in town. The regular crowd is friendly, the bartenders are efficient and amicable, and the machines are always hitting when I decide to play haha
